ONLINE RETURN POLICY (San Francisco store has different return policy)

Eligible NEW items may be refunded or exchanged within 14-days from the date of delivery.  All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
All VINTAGE items are final sale and cannot be returned.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Vintage Items
  • New or Designer Accessories: Bags, Socks, Eyewear, Hair Accessories, Jewelry, Intimates, Bodysuits and Swimwear
  • Sale Items

If your item(s) are eligible for return there will be a pre-paid return label in the order. All returns must be received back to our Returns Department within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and accessories, must be in un-worn, mint condition and must include this completed return sheet. Items that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer along with an explanation. Once the return is processed we will refund the credit card used for the original purchase, less than the return shipping cost of $8.00. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. You will receive an email notification and it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your billing statement.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • If you would like to exchange an item on your order, go ahead a place a new order for the size you need.
  • Contact customer service with your new order number and we will refund the UPS Ground Shipping cost after the exchange order has shipped.
  • Follow the above return instructions to return your order.

Most orders will ship out within one business day of ordering, depending on when you receive your order confirmation. 
Unfortunately, we cannot ship order on weekends or holidays.

We currently can only offer USPS Priority Standard Shipping to PO Boxes.

Customs and Taxes
Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. The amount for custom fees and taxes is 20% of the dollar amount of your purchased products. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped to. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

afterlifeboutique.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.

If you refuse your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If you return the package to afterlifeboutique.com, this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
